Shipping in Europe

Welcome to our European Store! If you are based in Europe, UK or UAE you can order from this Website, if you are based in the United States please order from our US StoreShipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on your shipping location. 


How long does the Delivery take?

This depends on where you are located. Generally your order will be shipped 1-3 business days after your order was confirmed. We ship all orders with DHL Express. Orders are being picked up by DHL from Monday-Friday, if you place your order on Friday afternoon it will not ship until Monday. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number by email, where you can stay up to date with the delivery time.



Do I need to pay any duties?

You will not have to pay any customs duties if you are located in Europe. You may need to pay customs duties if you are located in the UK or the UAE. If you do not clear customs, your order will be returned to us. When your order is delivered back to us, we will cancel and refund your order minus the shipping costs.


What happens when my order failed delivery?

When we receive orders back in our warehouse because of failed delivery, we will cancel and refund your order minus the shipping costs. The reason for failed delivery is either the address that has been entered is incorrect or incomplete, or you were not home to receive the package and did not respond to the notifications from the courier. 


Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change your order please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order we will not be able to make any changes or cancel your order. 


What if my package is "Delivered" but I did not receive it?

  • Contact your local post courier and try to speak to your postal person directly, as sometimes they have a recollection of when and where they leave packages.
  • Make sure your mail area is secure, and leave a note to request that packages not be left unattended.
  • Is there a chance one of your neighbors mistakenly collected your package?
  • We cannot be held responsible for orders that go missing after obtaining a “Delivered” status. Please ensure that you provide a shipping address that is attended during the day if your mail area is not secure.
