Payment:

• Full Payment: All pre-orders require full payment at the time of placing the order to secure your item(s). This payment covers the cost of the product, any applicable taxes, and shipping fees.

Order Confirmation:

• Upon successful completion of your pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. Please review this email carefully to ensure the accuracy of your order.

Estimated Shipping Dates:

• The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered items will be clearly stated on the product page. Please note that these dates are approximate and subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as production delays or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping and Delivery:

• Pre-ordered items will be shipped on or around the estimated shipping date mentioned on the product page.
• Any in-stock items included in the same order as a pre-order will be shipped together with the pre-ordered items unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the product is shipped. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a cancellation.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. A payment processing fee of 2,50€ will be charged.

Changes to Pre-Order:

• We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to make changes to your pre-order, such as updating your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

Fulfilment:

• Once your item has been fulfilled you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please make sure to add our email (info@sqorpioswimwear.com) to your contacts to avoid missing important communications. In case you can not find our emails, please check your spam folder.
