What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it unworn, unwashed, not damaged and in it's original packaging with tags and liners. You have 30 days after you received your parcel to return it to us for store credit or exchange it for a different size. Once inspected and approved by our team, you will receive a store credit for the same amount as your purchase or we will ship your exchange. Your store credit is available for an unlimited amount of time and on all products including future drops.
How can I Return/Exchange an item?
To return an item simply reach out to us by email: email@example.com and mention your Order Number and the Item(s) you would like to Return/Exchange. We will then send you the shipping guidelines and address by email. We advise you to send your return with a tracking number so we can make sure it arrives safely at our facility.
Sale Items (cyber week)
Items on sale can not be refunded. In case you ordered the wrong size during sale period, it can be exchanged for a different size given that the correct size is in stock. Please note that many sizes will sell out during sale period (cyber week) and may not be restocked. In this case your item can not be exchanged.

What Items are non-returnable?
Items that have been worn, are stained, or not in the original packaging are not returnable. Items that are kept more than 30 days without being returned to us are not returnable. Items sold during our yearly Cyber Week Sale period in November.
What about Shipping Costs?
You are responsible to cover the return shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are non refundable. We will cover the shipping costs of your exchange item.
How do you process Returns/Exchanges?
Once your return is received and inspected, we approve your item for either a store credit or an exchange. We will either send you a personal discount code for your store credit, or a new tracking number for your exchange. This usually takes 1-3 days after we received your return.
What if I received a damaged or wrong item?
All of our products go through a product check before being sent out, therefore it is very unlikely that you receive a damaged or wrong item. In the case you received a damaged or wrong item we will send you a replacement. If the item is sold out, we will issue a refund. Please contact email@example.com.
