Returns & Exchanges
How we handle Returns
Returns are easy, but if we can we will try to avoid them for the sake of sustainability. If you are unsure about your size please contact us before purchasing.
If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of arrival of your package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it unworn, unwashed, not damaged and in it's original packaging with tags and hygiene liners. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept exchanges that are worn or are soiled/stained. We deduct a return processing fee of USD 5 for every return, which will be deducted from your store credit or refund. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless you received a wrong item. Sqorpios Swimwear is not responsible for any lost return packages because the guidelines have not been followed. We are not responsible for customs clearance or for orders returned to sender.
Return for Exchange
We offer store credits for exchanges and items bought on sale. This allows you to exchange for any other item(s) in our store and wait for restocks in case an item is out of stock. It will take 4-7 business days after receiving your return to quality approve your returned item(s) and process your store credit. Once your store credit is activated we will send your unique discount code by email. The store credit can not be applied in combination with another discount code or during sale period. Your store credit is active for 1 year after the creation of the credit.
Return for Refund
We only offer refunds for items that have been ordered at full price. It will take 4-7 business days after receiving your return and approving your returned item(s) until we process your refund.
How to Return
Please make sure you have read our Return Policy before returning your item(s). You have the option to return your item with a return label provided by us, in which case we will deduct the label costs from your store credit or refund. If you would like us to create a return label for you, contact us and specify the following: Order Number or Name, Request a Store Credit or Refund, Reason for Return. You can also create your own label, please follow the guidelines below.
